Lisa & Andrew Lane moved to Waldoboro from Augusta in 2006.
Operating a seaside farmstay B&B has been their shared dream since their dating days. Andrew has worked in the travel industry since he was a teen. Andy has a recreational lobstering license and is one of the most respected bagpipers in the region.
Lisa has participated in dance and theatre since she was a tyke. This led to a variety of restaurant jobs that she has held to accommodate the unsteady income the arts provide.Serving comes naturally to Lisa and later in her career she became a personal fitness trainer with her own business in Boston.
Lisa and Andy welcomed their first 4 alpacas to their one acre farm in Augusta in 2002.They began the search for more pasture and combined their desire to open a B&B with that endeavor...and SpinnAcres was created from one of the original three farms on Gross Neck Road!
